In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, products must be as described, fit for purpose, and free from significant defects. If a product does not meet these requirements, you are entitled to a remedy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. MsFluffy reserves the right to correct any pricing or description errors.

Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the MsFluffy website are subject to acceptance.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third party payment providers in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at info@msfluffy.com.au.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Requests to amend or cancel orders must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

MsFluffy reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

Made to Order Products

MsFluffy products are made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that each item is produced specifically for you once the order is confirmed.

Please ensure that all order details, including size, colour, and delivery address, are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

MsFluffy aims to deliver products in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and the delivery method selected.

MsFluffy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or weather conditions. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

MsFluffy complies with Australian Consumer Law and is committed to providing fair remedies where required.

If a product has a major fault, differs significantly from its description, or is not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind refunds are not available for made to order products. At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit provided the item is unused, unworn, and in resaleable condition, and the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless a remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law.
