At MsFluffy, we aim to provide a clear and transparent delivery experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our manufacturing timelines, delivery methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and related details.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to locations within Australia.

2. Manufacturing Time

All MsFluffy boots are made to order.

Manufacturing time for all boots is approximately 5 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

3. Delivery Methods

Customers may choose one of the following delivery methods at checkout.

Standard Shipping by Sea

Standard shipping by sea is included for orders with a total value of 200 AUD or more.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

• Approximately 5 business days for manufacturing
• Followed by 34 to 39 days for delivery to your nominated address

For orders below 200 AUD, standard shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Express Shipping by Air

Express shipping by air is available as an optional service for an additional fee of 30 AUD, which will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

• Approximately 5 business days for manufacturing
• Followed by 12 to 17 days for delivery to your nominated address

This option is suitable for customers who prefer faster delivery.

 4. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

5. Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping by sea is included for orders of 200 AUD or more
• Orders below 200 AUD will have shipping costs calculated at checkout
• Express shipping by air incurs an additional fee of 30 AUD

All shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us at info@msfluffy.com.au, and we will assist where possible.

8. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or failure to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery or re delivery fees.
